We will do a free desktop valuation of your property, assessing the capital value and the rental potential before making you a written offer.
Once this offer is signed by the property owners, we instruct at our sole cost a RICS independent surveyor to confirm the capital value and rental potential of your property.
We also pay for the legal searches and we exchange and complete contracts simultaneously. This normally takes place 12 days after the survey has been conducted by RICS surveyor.
If you are taking a rent back option, the tenancy starts on the day of completion of the sale.
